Public transport

Our office is easily accessed by public transport. The nearest train station is Haymarket, nearest tram stop is West End, and the nearest bus stops are on Shandwick Place, Lothian Road and the Western Approach.

Accessibility

• We have a car parking space which we reserve for our disabled visitors.

• Blue Badge holders can park free of charge and without a time limit in the pay and display shared use on-street parking bays on Canning Street. Visitors with mobility access needs may use the car park in front of our building as a pick up and drop off point.

• Our office is on the third floor of our building and we have ramps and lifts which provide step free access for our visitors and staff.

• Assistance dogs are welcome and water bowls are available from our kitchen.

• Toilets and baby changing facilities

• There are accessible toilet facilities provided throughout the building. Our staff will advise visitors of the nearest available facilities. The building also has baby changing facilities and our office is a breast-feeding friendly environment.

Staff

All our staff are trained in fire evacuation chair training and disability awareness. Many of our staff are first aid trained too. Our entire staff team is ready and willing to assist in any way possible.
