We are passionate about international opportunities for young people.

We aim to maximise opportunities for young people to live, learn and word abroad, as well as influencing change on a global scale through our partnerships with the European Youth Card Association and the European Youth Information and Counselling Agency.

We are the Scottish member of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA).

The European Youth Card gives young people the opportunity to do more so they can reach their full potential. It helps them travel across Europe, meet new people and make new friends. It also gives them opportunities to learn new things and kick start their career, make a real change in their community and become a well-informed and active citizen that shapes society.

The European Youth Card is packed with tens of thousands of discounts on travel, culture, accommodation, education, services and products in 36 countries across Europe – on offer to six million young people. Plus, in every country, there are hundreds of programmes and opportunities for volunteering, learning, employment, entrepreneurship and many other things that help young people along their way.

The card has different names in different countries. Whether it’s the Carnét Joven in Spain, Mecenat in Sweden, Avrupa Gençlik Kartı in Turkey, or the Young Scot National Entitlement Card in Scotland, as long as the European Youth Card logo is on the card, young people can access all the thousands of opportunities in all 36 countries.
