After a bit of feedback about the invitation and agenda of these meetings, here is an updated invitation adding and removing a few contacts. Please note that this meeting is open to all – so please feel free to let colleagues know and I can add them to the invitation. Don’t worry if you can only attend this meeting irregularly – it’s very informal and there’s no pressure to attend more than you want or are able to – I update the agenda in the individual calendar invites before each meeting, but it looks like not everyone sees that, so I will also email with the specific agenda each time.
This is a 4 weekly invite to the Wednesday local partners meetings (noting that there will also be a 4 weekly Friday meeting in between these). Please also look out for that invitation.
These meetings are suitable for all staff with an interest in Young Scot; face to face workers, managers, apprentices - all are welcome.
The standard agenda for each meeting is below:
Introductions
A round on what is happening in each area represented - sharing, collaborating and problem solving
An input about a Young Scot project or service
Questions and discussion
Troubleshooting young Scot services (Cards, Website, discounts rewards etc)
