Our recruitment process
If you have seen your dream job in our Current Vacancies, follow the instructions on the job advert to apply. This will involve completing an application form.
If we think you could be the right person for the job, we’ll invite you to come in for an interview. This will be a chance for you to get to know us and for us to find out more about you.
Interviews usually last around an hour and we will ask you some questions – these will usually be competency based questions (please see our Behavioural Competencies for more details) . We may also ask you to carry out a task/exercise and will give you details on this when we invite you to the interview. There will always be three people on the interview panel.
Depending on the role and the number of candidates, we might hold more than one interview. Either way we'll let you know what to expect as soon as possible.
After the interview, the panel will discuss all the candidates and make a decision. We’ll get back to you with a 'yes' or a 'no' as soon as we can. We won't keep you waiting unnecessarily. We are always open to providing feedback to candidates and we hope you'll be able to give us some constructive feedback too.
